A. Definition

1. Working days is Days when banks conduct banking activities as regulated by the Indonesian Financial Service Authority.

2. Calendar days are every day for a week.

3. ACQUIRER is a bank that already granted a permit from the financial authority to have a cooperation with a merchant to process the electronic money transaction.

4. CARD is a prepaid electronic money card.

5. Q-CASH is a prepaid transaction payment system and is enable to be used around merchants.

6. MERCHANT is a goods/services seller who accepts the electronic money payment.

7. Q-CASH FACILITY is an Electronic Data Capture (EDC) terminal and its utilities which are provided by Q-CASH to process e-money transaction in merchant’s business area.

8. SETTLEMENT is a transaction data transmission via Q-CASH facility by merchants to Q-CASH Server which data is needed to do reimbursement to merchants.

 

B. Cooperation with Q-CASH

1. Q-CASH cooperates with merchants in enabling electronic money transaction which is issued by an issuer (electronic money card issuer) at the merchants’ business area by utilizing Q-CASH facilities.

2. Q-CASH allows merchants to conduct transactions electronically by utilizing Q-CASH facilities at the merchants’ business area.

 

C.  Q-CASH Service

1. Merchants have to accept any transaction by E-Money Cardholders without minimum payment and a maximum payment of Rp.1.000.000.

2. Merchants have to ensure the correct transaction amount applicable to shopping amount as there is no value change provided to e-money card.

3. Merchants are required to do settlement every day on a calendar day.

4. Fund disbursement is done every day after settlement.

5. The settlement which is done every calendar day before 12.00 WIB, will be transferred on the same day. Whilst, the settlement which is done after 12.00 WIB will be transferred on the next day.

6. More explanation about the rules and fees will be clarified in the Q-CASH merchant agreement.

 

D. Application

1. You could apply to become a Q-CASH merchant and enjoy lots of benefits afterward. You are fully responsible for service chosen and we are not responsible for any loss you might be incurred.

2. The product/service data and description on this website might not completely represent all of the options and terms of the service. You have to carefully consider all of the options and terms before proposing an application.

3. If you would like to register as a merchant to enjoy our products/services, you will be contacted by our team as a product/service provider. You are responsible for your decision to agree to our terms and conditions before signing the agreement. We are not responsible for any loss that might be incurred due to your ignorance towards the terms and agreement.

4. If you apply a product to a third party (banks), you allow Q-CASH to forward your data to the third party for the product related requirements. You also let the third party check all the given information and permit the third party to contact any relevant sources, includes Indonesian Central Bank Information System Department, credit agency or other related bureaus.

 

E. Membership Rules

Besides showing product and service information, we also provide a membership for you as a user. You are enabled to check which offer fits your profile the most as well as contact us for any inquiries you might have related to Q-CASH services.

1. Prior to being a member (also known as Q-CASH Merchant), you are required to apply for Merchant Registration. A registration process is held in the modern markets that have been partnered up with us.

2. Prior to being a Merchant, you are required to read, understand, and follow the terms and conditions as well as privacy policy that has been implemented on this site.

3. You are required to give the right information about your personal data and do not give incorrect and irrelevant information in merchant registration process. Besides, you are required to give a correct and valid contact information.

4. Users that have been successfully registered and become merchants are enabled to access the membership any time via our Android mobile application.

5. All merchants are obligated to follow the terms and conditions on this website and it is not allowed to do any of the law-abiding activities within the merchant membership.

 

F. General

1. The access to this website is arranged on the terms and conditions as well as our privacy policy. By entering our website or accessing other application by any means (includes mobile application), you are agreed to follow our terms and conditions.

2. We have the rights to terminate or change or update the terms and condition without a prior notice. We are not responsible for any loss that might be occurred due to the modification of the terms and agreements.
